Mark Smith

President & CEO / PA-C MPAS

Mark attended the University of TN Knoxville and obtained a B.S. in Microbiology and graduated the Summer of 2000. He then attended the University of Trevecca in Nashville TN and obtained a Master of Science of Physician Assistant Studies as of August 2002. Obtained National Board Certification through the NCCPA as a licensed medical provider as a Physician Assistant in December of 2002.

Mark obtained a doctor of Medical Science degree with Clinical concentrations and distinctions in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine in August 2018.

He is also a member of various organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and the American Board of Longevity Medicine and Sciences. He has over 150 CME hours in aesthetic training with advanced courses for medical providers including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lasers, IPL, Botox, Collagen and mesotherapy.

His work experience includes General and Vascular Surgery with Dr. Stanley and Dr. Dallas of Oak Ridge TN at Methodist Medical Center. Cardiovascular Surgery with Dr. Tung Cai and Dr. Hall of Oak Ridge Methodist Medical Center and also at Baptist Hospital with Dr. Pollard. Internal Medicine with Dr. Monte Biggs at the University of TN.

Mark also worked with TEAM HEALTH in the Emergency Room at Fort Sanders Regional for over one and a half years. He is also a member of the field of Anti-Aging Medicine which is a society of Physicians and Scientists dedicated to Extending the Lifespan of Man. For over 14 years, he continues to enjoy assisting his clients by working at and managing all of his weight loss clinics.

Edith Smith

Office Manager

Edith has enjoyed working at Weigh To Go Weight Loss Centers for fourteen years. She is the parent of three beautiful children of whom her youngest son, Mark, is now her boss. Edith is also the proud grandparent of seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild. She enjoys her work by assisting all of the customers and likes meeting new people. Edith works at all four Weigh To Go Weight Loss locations.

Stacy Sherwood

Weight Management Assistant

Stacy has been with Weigh To Go for 3 years. She has 2 children, Brooke and Cole. Mark Smith is Stacy's brother and she has assisted him in numerous procedures. Stacy works at all 3 offices as a multi-tasker. She is also employed as a Dental Hygienist.

Doddie Davis Lankford

Licensed medical provider and nurse practitioner

Doddie is a family nurse practitioner who has been employed with Weigh To Go Weight Loss Centers for 12 years. She has prior emergency and trauma experience. She also worked as a nurse practitioner in a local orthopedic surgical practice for over 11 years. Doddie graduated from UTC in 1993 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree. In 1995, she graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from Emory University. She has been married for 17 years and has 2 children, 14 and 12 years old. Doddie has been injecting Botox and aesthetic fillers for over 9 years.

Rachel Frazier

Board Certified Nurse Practioner

Nurse Practitioner Rachel Frazier Rachel Frazier earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carson-Newman University in 2013. She began her career as a registered nurse in the emergency department while completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Tennessee Tech University. In 2017, she became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Rachel has experience in pain management, orthopedics, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, and aesthetics.

Since joining Weigh To Go Weight Loss Centers and Medical Spa, she has developed a passion for helping patients improve their health, confidence, and overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

As the practice continues to grow, Rachel has expanded her focus into Functional Medicine and is certified through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She is committed to helping patients address the root causes of health concerns while optimizing wellness, energy, metabolism, and long-term health.

Rachel is experienced in nutritional counseling, weight management, peptide therapies, hormone optimization, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers. She enjoys helping patients look and feel their best while supporting healthier lifestyles.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Guy, and their four children. She is active in her church, enjoys cycling, exploring the mountains of East Tennessee, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.

Amy Beffrey

Licensed medical provider and nurse practitioner

Amy is one of our excellent family nurse practitioners who has been employed with Weigh To Go Weight Loss Centers for 9 years. Amy is married with a beautiful 12 year old daughter. She has experience with a variety of medical conditions/illnesses and with a personality that everyone loves, she treats each patient with the one on one care that they deserve.
